Provide services to the juvenile and to the public which would maintain the safety of the community while ensuring that the juvenile is held accountable for his/her behavior and enable them to develop competency skills which would aid him or her in making positive changes in their life. Some of the programs available are drug testing, Parent/Teen Project classes, mental health evaluations, anger management classes and referrals to other agencies and placements as the need arises.

Tripp Program - a tool for parents and teachers of teens who are having problems with unacceptable behaviors at home and school.
